Country music superstar Carrie Underwood is opening up about everything from grappling with all that comes with fame and her personality to her marriage with husband Mike Fisher and what she wrote about herself in her high school yearbook, in the June issue of Marie Claire’s (on stands May 21st).

On her personality: “I’m not a mushy person at all. We were never a huggy family. Or a ‘let’s talk it out’ family. Technically I have siblings but they are quite a bit older than me – I was the accident – so I have the only-child syndrome going on. I’m a little more selfish, a little more independent, a little closed. I do wish I were softer. I wish I were able to form relationships better. But hey, I mean…I’m not a sociopath.”

On anxiety: “At the beginning of my career, I used to have panic attacks. People were touching me, screaming – it made me really nervous. In public, I just get nervous. It’s a physical reaction, feeling like the walls are closing in. The fans are great. It’s not their fault. I don’t ever want to come across as ungrateful. But on my end, it is hard for me to process. Because I am still just me.”

On awkward moments: “My husband calls me the queen of awkward moments. Anything that can be made awkward, I will make it awkward.”

What she wrote in her high school yearbook: “You were supposed to say what you would be doing in 10 years, and I said, ‘I will be rich, famous, and married to a hot guy.’ I guess I should have added a few more things.”

On having kids: “I don’t feel old enough to have kids. I know I am mature. But being responsible for another human?”

The supermodel and Victoria’s Secret angel bared it all for Harper’s Bazaar, in a photoshoot shot by the incredible Terry Richardson.

Kerr posed for the famous lensman in the season’s finest footwear, by Tom Ford, Givenchy, Hermes, Reed Krakoff, and Tod’s, in the magazine’s September issue, on newsstands August 21.

Cameron Diaz is expanding her horizons from just acting and reportedly is writing her first book!

The book will focus on the importance of proper nutrition and staying healthy for young girls. A publishing source told E! News, ”She wants to stop their fixation on being thin, and for teenage girls to understand that being healthy is more important. She wants to use her celebrity to make a difference. She knows she is a role model to girls and she really wants to use that position to do good. This book is not about weight, it’s about making the right choices.”

Love that!

Along with writing the book, Cameron plans to visit schools across the U.S. to speak to teenagers about healthy eating and their food choices.

As of of now, the book has no title and no deal has officially been made, but she has signed with a literary agent.

We can’t wait to get our hands on a copy when it comes out!

Demi Lovato has had a whirlwind year!

The pop singer, who famously went to rehab earlier this year, appears happy and vibrant in a bright yellow cut-out dress on the cover of the July issue of Cosmopolitan magazine (hits newsstands Tuesday, June 5^th!)

The 19-year-old pop singer, who recently announced she would be joining “The X-Factor” as a judge (joining Britney Spears, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid) talked to the mag about her painful past and amazing recovery.

On being diagnosed with bipolar disorder: “I felt relieved when I found out. Like I’m not completely crazy; there’s a medical reason for all of it.” She continues: “It’s a daily thing; you don’t get time off from it. And if I feel myself slipping back into old patterns, I have to ask others for help, which is hard for me to learn, because I really like doing everything on my own.”

On the direction she’d like her personal life to go in: “I want to be married with kids in 10 years.”

On her dating qualifications: “I don’t have many deal breakers. I’ve done so much in my life, it doesn’t feel right to judge other people. Oh, I know one quality I won’t tolerate. I would never be with a guy who is controlling.”

Sometimes I take a while to get ready to go out. It’s not excessive, but it takes me some time to find clean clothes that match.

What is your favorite female body part?
Lips. Because they smile. Andy they’re fun to kiss.

What is your biggest regret?
Not going to college.

What’s the best compliment you’ve received?
A woman called me interesting once, and it kind of blew my mind. She said, “You’re one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met,” and I was like, Wow. I’m still high on that one.

The 30-year-old Victoria’s Secret model is expecting her second child with husband, Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric, she Tweeted on Tuesday:

“Big news everyone! Marko and I are so happy to share some wonderful news with all of you! #ImPregnant.”

The one-time ”American Idol” semi-finalist (who somehow only made it to 7th place) has gracefully transformed into a dynamic “Dreamgirl” diva, who has everything from Grammy Awards to Academy Awards to Golden Globe awards under her belt, albeit much thinner now thanks to a spokesperson gig with Weight Watchers.
