The stakes are high this summer for stoner comedy “High School.”
Soon-to-be valedictorian Henry Burke, played by Matthew Bush, smokes pot for the first time. The big problem? The principal of his high school is cracking down on drug use with a mandatory drug test for all students and failing the drug test will lead to expulsion. Afraid of losing his scholarship to college, Henry and his friend Travis, played by Sean Marquette, plan to replace the school’s bake sale brownies with…special brownies. Their idea is that if everyone at school fails the test they can’t all be expelled. But where do they get all the weed from? Steal if from law student-turned-drug-dealer Psycho Ed, played by Adrien Brody, of course. Henry and Travis spike the bake sale brownies and the whole school is stoned out of their minds, but now there’s another problem — Psycho Ed isn’t too happy about two kids stealing his stash!
