The top 10 finalists from American Idol graced NASDAQ with a personal appearance in order to ring in the closing bell on Monday (August 10) in New York City’s Times Square.
All top 10 were in attendance: Allison Iraheta, Danny Gokey, Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Michael Sarver, Megan Joy, Scott MacIntyre, Lil Rounds, Anoop Desai and Matt Giraud.
A NASDAQ representative told MicahJesse.com, “It was so cool to watch the Idols taking pictures of the set on their phones and cameras. They’re just as excited to be here, as we are to have them!”

The American Idol Tour 2009 kicked off on July 5 in Portland, Oregon and will go all the way through September 15, with a last stop at the Verizon Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The Idols will have tonight off, and will perform two consecutive shows at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY on Tuesday (August 11) and Wednesday (August 12).
