Spears stopped by Miami Children’s Hospital for a surprise visit with sick kids and donated $100,000 to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care, which is a community outreach program that brings the joys of the circus to hospitalized children at 19 leading pediatric facilities across the United States.

Pediatric radiologist Ricardo Restrepo and Lee Schrager, Director of Mediwea for Southern Wine and Spirits America, were the two men responsible for getting BritBrit to visit the hospital. The two men said the “circus theme” of her tour was a natural tie in for a hospital with clowns.
Insiders at the hospital said the singer posed for photos with kids but didn’t say much beyond “Say cheese” and was only there for about 10 minutes! But that’s ok! She’s a busy girl and on one of the best comebacks we’ve seen…ever!
