It seems that comedian talk show host Ellen DeGeneres will be taking Paula Abdul’s place as the fourth judge on American Idol this season.
Not a guest judge, a full time judge!!!
“I will have a day job and a night job,” DeGeneres says on her program airing Thursday, assuring her audience that she’s not leaving her talk show.
“This is so exciting for me.”
We’re excited for you too! And we can’t wait to watch! Do your thing!
Ellen will be joined this season by a multitude of celebrity guest judges including Victoria Beckham, Mary J. Blige, Joe Jonas, Neil Patrick Harris, Katy Perry, and Shania Twain. Degeneres will begin as a judge once the auditions for the show begin.
