Happy 22nd Birthday to actress Hilary Duff who is turning 22 today!

Duff celebrated her 21st birthday with hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie last year at a bookstore, but the year before that, for her 20th birthday, he bought her a Mercedes Benz G-Class SUV as an early gift!
