This is the sweetest thing!
At a recent concert, teen sensation Miley Cyrus sang her hit song “The Climb” to a sick little girl.
After her energized performance, Miley gave the girl a big hug, helped her off the stage and said “God bless you guys,” before walking off.
Now that’s a role model!

The little girl’s grandmother wrote in to MicahJesse.com with great news!
“Thank you Miley you are a true role model I agree with MJ, this is my little grand daughter Madison Hurtado. Miley is her everything, when Make a Wish asked her what she wanted she said to meet Miley Cyrus. They said it was every child’s wish!!! Would she like a shopping spree? LOL This is her dream come true. Follow her treatment and her cure thru Support Team Madison Nueroblastoma Fight. I am thrilled to say that today she has been told she is cancer free!!”
