MicahJesse.com readers spotted New York City socialite Tinsley Mortimer out with her sister Dabney Mercer and sister’s boyfriend, Marc Koch, at Touch nightclub on Saturday night (Nov 14).

But, the threesome weren’t alone!

They were followed by a film crew for the upcoming reality show with the CW, Empire State, and our tipster tells us they “seemed to be celebrating Tinsley’s very public recent divorce” from hedge-funder Topper.

Scandalous!

Celebrate indeed, Constantine Maroulis (American Idol and Rock of Ages) joined the party later in the evening and Tinsley seemed very enthralled with him. Our tipster tells us that “they chatted, danced and toasted Akvinta Vodka cocktails until the early hours of the morning” adding that “Constantine left with Tinsley’s number.”

Now that’s a socially rockin’ couple!

On Friday night (Oct 30), socialite Tinsley Mortimer hosted the City of Hope gala at Marquee nightclub in New York City.

Mortimer, who is filming a new show called The Empire State for the CW network, arrived at the soiree with camera crew in tow!

Regarded as a potential show to rival the popular Gossip Girl before the launch, the series’s pilot was watched by a meager one million viewers — just a third of Kutcher’s followers on Twitter, as celebrity site Popcrunch pointed out.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the CW already has two new reality shows in the pipeline, which could replace the Beautiful Life: one about flight attendants, called Fly Girls, and another one starring New York City socialite Tinsley Mortimer.

Hilary Duff, along with Mischa Barton, socialite Tinsley Mortimer, actress Amanda Bynes, model Marisa Miller, DJ Leigh Lezark of the Misshapes, and others came out to celebrate Max Azria.

…and we’re hearing the endgy VH1 “Glam God” winner will have controversial girlies Coco and Aubrey O’Day walking in his show, as well as America’s Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez, and socialite Tinsley Mortimer.

We hung out with the beauty ambassador for Dior, Tinsley Mortimer, who has a lipgloss named after herself “Tinsley Pink.”

Our blondes were in the house: Susan Blonde’s Traci Coulter, Marianne Garvey and Lizzie Grubman’s Kelly Brady.

And we said “so long” to one of our best friends in NYC, Mallory Riviera, who is heading southbound to the ATL (our hometown!)

Last night screamed glamour.

We spotted many of New York City’s top socialites including: Fabiola Beracasa, Derek Blasberg, Peter Davis, Genevieve Jones, and many more… as well as a few of the Gossip Girl cast members, but not the main ones!

The gorgeous socialite is the Beauty Ambassador for Dior.

The New York Times just ran an article this morning about the girl-about-town’s new lip gloss line for Dior, called Tinsley Pink.

“I love pink. I had a pink bedroom growing up, so it’s kinda stuck in my head. But I do wear other colors,” said Tinsley.

About aging, Tinsley says, “I’m not afraid of it. It’s something that happens,” and when asked about if Botox is in her future, Tinsley responded, “I’d never do it … Who knows? I’m not there yet.”

And now…

There are just 15 Steps you should take if you want to look fresh-faced like socialite Tinsley Mortimer:

1. Apply Capture Totale serum to firm the skin.

2. Apply less than a teaspoon of Capture Totale moisturizer. It also firms the skin.

3. Apply a pearl-size dollop of Capture Totale eye cream right underneath the eyes.

4. Now it’s time to spray on that all-important foundation. Tinsley uses Airflash, which is fun to apply because it sprays. Smooth with a brush, blend to the neck. You risk disaster if you don’t properly blend.

5. Prime lids for eye shadow with a cream shadow base. This locks in shadow, and also ensures shadow pigments appear the same color as they do in the palette.

6. Apply the five-color eye-shadow palette #609, which contains pink, two browns, gold, and cream. Brush the pink below the crease of the eye, then highlight all over with gold. Add light brown in the creases and corners.

7. Apply pencil eyeliner #99 at the top and bottom lash line. Make sure you connect corners from top to bottom lash lines.

8. Return to the palette from step six. Apply the dark-brown shadow over the liner. This seals in the liner and helps it last longer.

9. Now add Skinflash concealer under the eyes. Yes, we’re still on eyes, people! It’s a twist-up container like ChapStick, so simply draw a line under the eyes with the brush and then blend with your finger or a brush.

10. Then apply DiorShow mascara — the No. 1 selling mascara by Dior. Tinsley said she uses so many bottles of this a year, it’s “shocking.”

11. Next, apply a second mascara, Dior Blackout. Yes, brush this over the DiorShow. Tinsley always doubles up on mascara. It makes a big difference.

12. Now dust on shimmer powder in #002 for a bronze glow. Sweep a brush over the entire powder palette (a six-shade combo) and highlight the cheekbone.

13. Apply blush in #639 just as you did the shimmer-powder bronzer to the apples of your cheeks.

14. For brunettes only: Draw on lip liner #433. Blondes: Skip to step fifteen.

15. It’s time for Tinsley Pink! The bright-pink color goes on sheer, with a touch of tint and shimmer with microscopic sparkles. Brush on and blot.
