Interview: Victoria Secret Models Candice Swanepoel and Erin Heatherton!

Earlier this week, Victoria’s Secret supermodels, Candice Swanepoel and Erin Heatherton were at the Victoria Secret store in Soho to launch the Angel Fragrance and the Dream Angels Bra.  Sparkling plum, sheer violet and amber scent is the perfect holiday product for women. As is the new bra collection, which is available in classically feminine bi-color lace. The Angel fragrance and Dream Angels collection are available exclusively at Victoria’s Secret stores and VictoriaSecret.com.

MicahJesse.com had the honor of chatting with the lovely models of VS and found out just how exciting it is to be an Angel:

What is a typical day like for a Victoria Secret Angel?

A typical day would be waking up, showering, heading over to the studio to shoot advertisements for the catalog or something where you get your hair and makeup done and look all beautiful. Then heading home and trying to work out, play with my puppies, and try and see my friends for dinner. We’re usually traveling a lot to beaches. Recently we went to Prague to shoot a commercial. So after a lot of traveling, there’s getting collected again and going off (to locations) again while trying to have a good time.

What do you think is the best piece in the newest Victoria Secret Collection?

I love it all to be honest with you. I have so much Victoria Secret in my apartment. I love the Dream Angels collection. It’s definitely the collection that I have the most of. All the different colors, the details, and the lace makes it kind of a new piece and not just like the same one in different colors It makes you feel really feminine.
What can people expect from the Victoria Secret runway show on November 29th? 
It is the best show ever, I’m not just saying that. I walked into my fitting and was totally blown away by what has gone into the show and making it bigger, better, and more exciting than ever.

What is the best part about being a Victoria Secret Angel?
Definitly being able to test all the fragrances and all lingerie. Having that at my fingertips and traveling to all of the amazing places we go. I never would have done that had I stayed in South Africa or done any other job. Especially all the beaches we go to. That’s my favorite part as well as being part of something so iconic. When I think about all of the women who have come before me, like Heidi Klum, its kind of surreal.
What’s your favorite place to travel to during shoots?
Brazil. We went to Necker Island and I was just in Bora Bora, which was amazing.
Is there a scent in the newest Victoria Secret collection that most stands out to you?
The one that we just launched (Angel Fragrance) is going to be my new fragrance for the holiday. It’s spicy and different.
Do you have a favorite piece in the collection?
The whole Dream Angels collection is my favorite. I like that its sexy but its still elegant at the same time. All the different colors for the holidays, like the deep purples and turquoise.
