In the Summer of 2008, NKOTB reunited, but that doesn’t mean the kids can’t run off and go be men by themselves sometimes!
On Friday, Danny Wood, now 40-years-old, released a heartfelt new solo album, Stronger: Remember Betty, as a tribute to his beloved mother Betty, who passed away after a long bout with breast cancer.

The tunes are said to be “soulful and melodic, all inspired by the close relationship they shared.”
Proceeds from the sale of the album will benefit the Susan G. Komen For The Cure cancer foundation.

Such an amazing cd! So glad I got to see Danny perform a few of the songs in Boston at the Komen walk. I think its so amazing how much he has put into rasing awareness! I love you Danny!

Wonderful, amazing album!!. Betty would be so proud of her son, I am sure she is looking down on him with a huge smile on her face. He has touched so may with the work he has done for the Komen Foundation, his strength and courage shows through all that he does. This album is only the tip of the iceberg, I am sure there are more wonderful things to come from Danny.

Love, Love, Love Danny’s newest album STRONGER: REMEMBER BETTY. I can’t believe this is Danny’s 6th album. Really enjoy them all. STONGER is really deep and sucks you right into it. The lyrics are so profound and you can really feel the love! The melodies are beautiful! Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Wood is sure smiling about this. Danny Wood set’s the bar high as a father, a producer/song writer, as an advocate for breast cancer and as a human being offering the world his best! Danny, Thank you for this gift!
