From the Hamptons to Hollywood, where were the starts this past week?

Kayne West and 50 Cent showed up to the first performance of Mike Tyson’s Spike Lee-directed one-man show “Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth” this week. After the show, West and 50 Cent met backstage with Mike and Spike. The show will be running for a limited engagement at the Longacre Theater on Broadway from July 31-August 12.

Katie Holmes was spotted solo on the NYC streets this week! The 33-year-old actress looked cute in a denim jacket making her way back to her Big Apple apartment!

Recently single Kristen Stewart was spotted working out to keep her mind off of things at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California this week!

New York Yankee Alex Rodriquez was seen having lunch at the celebrity eatery 75 Main, while New York Knick Jason Kidd, Barbara Walters, Real Housewives Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and Heather Dubrow and actress Tika Sumpter and all dined at separate tables.

We all remember Tupac‘s hologrammed preformance at this years Coachella Festival!

It was a jaw-dropping experience, and all were at lost for words. It allowed people that couldn’t see him live, see him preform. The hologram preformed with Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar, Tony Yayo and more.

Now, the same company that created the Tupac hologram experience is at it again.

This time it’s with an a different genre of artist: Elvis Presley, ”The King Of Rock And Roll!” Core Media Group has announced that the Elvis hologram will not only be in concert performances but also feautured in television and movies.

Having recently won $500,000 betting on the New York Giants in the NFC Championship game, 50 Cent is pushing his luck on another bet that will cost him a bit more than money – his dignity.

He accepted a bet from Twitter follower @MyBestAssets to post a nude picture to Twitter if the Giants lose the Super Bowl!

When Fiddy’s not betting on the New York Giants, he’s still supporting the Super Bowl with his music. Suzuki’s 2012 Super Bowl television spot, “Sled,” features 50 Cent’s song “Movin’ On Up.”

Dashin’ around NYC, Kim Kardashian was spotted making a stylish arrival back to her hotel this week after returning from her United Arab Emirates trip! The reality star strutted past paparazzi while meeting back up with the new hubby Kris Humphries.

Vanessa Minnillo was spotted on a little shopping spree in Studio City, CA. The beautiful brunette looked fashionable in a cute dress paired with a blazer as she excited the popular Belle Gray boutique.

Beyonce Knowles was spotted out and about in the “Big Apple”. The “Love on Top” songstress looked gorgeous in an all-black ensemble paired with blue heels, while entering an NYC building with her security.

Erika Christensen was spotted at the 2011 Scream Awards! Wearing Alexander McQueen, Christensen looked absolutely stunning.

Paris Hilton was all smiles during her visit to Disneyland in Paris this week! Having made the trip to the French capital the previous day, the heiress toured the theme park while stopping to pose for pictures alongside Cruella de Vil!

Jessica Biel was spotted out running errands in Studio City, CA earlier this week. Biel looked cool and casual in a white v-neck top with a printed skirt and black flats as she returned to her car to discover she’d received a parking ticket!

“True Blood” stud, Joe Manganiello showed off his hunky form on the Hawaii beaches. Manganiello was all smiles as he enjoyed some fun in the sun.

Emma Roberts was spotted at the Brazilian Style celebration at the Swarovski Crystallized Concept Store in NYC! The actress smiled for the paparazzi as she posed alongside actress Camila Alves as well as Gretchen Mol and Kelly Rutherford.

Hollywood hotties were among the many showing up for the SirusXM reopening of Studio 54 in New York City. Cameron Diaz joined sexy supermodels Bar Refaeli and Naomi Campbell for the retro nightlife scene recreation as the “One Night Only” party raged into the wee hours!

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is a mush!

“I just want to start by saying I’m really excited and honored to be here tonight. When I received the invitation, I smiled so hard I think I strained the muscles in my face,” the hardcore rapper told the audience at the “Every Woman Every Child” UN Reception in New York last week.

“Tonight, I’m personally going to make sure I’m able to create 10 million more meals through the World Food Programme. It feels great. It feels great to be amongst you. It’s amazing for me,” the rapper told the crowd.

CH: Do you have grapefruit?

CH: I had to change his name so he couldn’t sue me. Have you ever been sued by a midget? It’s not fun.
SR: You describe his penis as like a boa constrictor.
CH: Don’t be jealous. I’m sure somebody will refer to your penis as a boa constrictor at some point.
SR: It’s usually Mr. Tiny.
CH: Well, maybe if you find a little midget girl …
SR: Your sex tape—
CH: There’s no sex tape. There never was a sex tape. I know that you want there to be, but there isn’t.
SR: I don’t.

SR: I’ve never wanted to videotape sex—even when I was more fit. I have had sex looking into a mirror, however.
