Naomi Campbell has still got it!

The 42-year-old model strikes a fierce pose for the newest issue of ELLE Magazine (on newsstands Jan. 15!) In the spread, she dishes about her new show The Face on Oxygen, that cell phone “incident,” and her relationship with Tyra Banks.

On mentoring girls on Oxygen’s The Face:

“When I first got Yves Saint Laurent couture, I didn’t know how to take off a cape. I would ask Katoucha and Dalma – the real divas of the runway – ‘Can you show me?’ I’ve never been afraid to ask for help… I care for my girls [on the show]. Every single one of them. I’m not here to put anyone down.”

On the infamous cell-phone-throwing incident:

“I’m never gonna get away from it. It’s part of my history. I was remorseful and regretful. I’ve served. I did that time. And I never want to be in that position again.”

On if she watches Tyra Banks’ America’s Next Top Model:

“I don’t watch the other reality model shows. I’ll never have anything to say. If you ask me about Tyra Banks, I’m proud of her as a woman of color. She’s given girls opportunity, and God bless her.”

Last night was totally “flawsome!”

AXSLive was LIVE on the yellow carpet at Tyra Banks‘ first annual Flawsome Ball, benefitting the supermodel’s TZONE organization at the Lower East Side Girls Club.

The “America’s Next Top Model” host talked about the word “flawsome” (a combination of “flaws” and “awesome”), how she prepared for this very special night, and much more.

On the carpet, I also got a chance to catch up with Chanel Iman, Padma Lakshmi, Soledad O’Brien, John Leguizamo, Rosario Dawson, YouTube phenomenon Keenan Cahill, Kelly Cutrone, and Dylan Lauren.

RIHANNA was spotted out and about in Portofino, Italy enjoying a carefree evening with several girlfriends. The singer looked stunning wearing a floor-length silver gown as she headed over to a party boat. Earlier in the day, Ri-Ri and her crew hit up Chuflay Bar Restaurant for lunch before grabbing some ice cream at a parlor nearby. Ciao Bella!

ASHTON KUTCHER, the new “Two and a Half Men” star dropped by “The Late Show with David Letterman” where he got a jump-start on promotions for his new gig! Kutcher was wearing a bow tie; button up shirt and a blazer as he waved to many fans outside of the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City.

KIM KARDASHIAN and KRIS HUMPHRIES arrived in Naples, Italy where the Newlyweds celebrated their wedding bliss! The freshly squeezed couple was seen leaving the airport terminal getting into a limousine together.

CeleBFFS LEONARDO DICAPRIO and TOBEY MAGUIRE were spotted arriving on the Sydney, Australia set of “The Great Gatsby.” The co-stars were all smiles as they are eager to get busy on the Baz Luhrmann directed film.

Looking gorgeous in full makeup while rockin’ a robe and Ugg boots, MEGAN FOX was spotted taking a little coffee break in between scenes on the set of her upcoming movie “This Is Forty” In Los Angeles, CA.

KATIE HOLMES was seen bright and early leaving the local dance studio in Brentwood, CA. The “Mad Money” actress was bundled up exiting the facility after touching up her dance moves!

Bubbly as always, ANNE HATHAWAY was spotted at the UK premiere of her new film “One Day.” Hathaway was joined by her costar JIM STURGESS at The Vue Westfield in London, England.
