Micah Jesse – Anderson Live Blogger of the Day

As a budding TV host and journalist, it’s always been a dream of mine to meet Anderson Cooper…

But, to be on his show Anderson Live as his live Blogger of the Day, was a real honor! On today’s show, Andy’s co-host was “Haunted House” funnyman Marlon Wayans (who had the entire audience in stitches from the moment he walked out) and special guest Bridget Moynahan from the hit show “Blue Bloods.” Also on the show, Andy had the labradoodle the looks like a lion making headlines and the Mother-Daughter porn duo, who told Andy’s audience they both hope to retire (from the industry?) in five years. Wow — must be raking it in! Who am I to judge, but the idea of having sex next to your mother having sex is soooooo groooooss, right?!

…and he’s out!

Anderson Cooper that is. The CNN news anchor came out of the closet and told the world he is gay.

Cooper wrote an e-mail to Andrew Sullivan, another gay journalist. Sullivan posted the letter to The Daily Beast.

Celebrities and fans have overhwhelmingly flooded Twitter, Facebook, and other sites with words of support and praise.

Celebrities from the gay community such as Ellen Degeneres, Wanda Sykes and Neil Patrick Harris all applauded Cooper‘s coming out with tweets of love and acceptance.

“The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud,” said the CNN anchor.

Talk show hosts Kelly Ripa (“Live with Kelly!”) and Anderson Cooper (“Anderson”) were all smiles at the New York screening of “BULLY,” which the dynamic duo co-hosted, at The Crosby Street Hotel. Also in the house (er, hotel): Kelly’s hot hubs Mark Consuelos, ”Gossip Girl” star Michelle Trachtenberg, designer Rachel Roy and TV personalities Rocsi Diaz, Carson Kressley.

“BULLY” is a Weinstein Company documentary that follows a group of harassed high school students who face bullying on a daily basis. It covers events during the 2009-2010 school year and follows students from Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Iowa and Oklahoma, including the stories of Tyler Long and Ty Smalley, who committed suicide as a result of bullying.

CNN’s resident “Silver Fox,” Anderson Cooper visits “Harry Potter” actor Daniel Radcliffe not at Hogwart’s — but on Broadway!

The twosome posed for a “HOT SHOT!” on stage at the Al Hirschfeld Theater after seeing his newly-opened Broadway musical “How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” of which Cooper’s voice narrates.
