Actor Chris Evans, who stars as Captain America in the upcoming “Captain America: The First Avenger” film, makes an animated face for a “HOT SHOT!” on the red carpet at last night’s New Balance store opening in NYC’s Flatiron District.

Joining him at the grand opening event were model Molly Sims and former “American Idol” singer Katherine McPhee who were photographed catching up on the red carpet.

L.A. hotspot Eden nightclub played host to MAXIM Magazine’s annual “Hot 100″ issue on Wednesday (May 11) with a star-studded party, hosted by their #1 pick, supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (pictured above with her cover).

“[It] is a huge honor. It’s a great title to have for a year and you can have some fun with it, I think,” Rosie told the mag.

Rosie was joined by a ‘max’ed’ out list of celebs at her celebration: Keri Hilson and Joe Jonas (pictured above), Olivia Munn, Joanna Krupa, Sophie Monk, Hope Dworacyk, Kellan Lutz, Romeo, Chris Evans, Jeremy Piven, Dane Cook, Chuck Liddell, Dania Ramirez, Quintin Aaron, Sasha Grey, Kelly Rowland, Evan Ross, Apollo Ohno, Amber Rose, hosts of G4′s “Attack of the Show,” Kevin Pereira and Candace Bailey, and director Michael Bay who personally cast MAXIM’s #1 pick Rosie as the leading lady in “Transformers 3.”
