The campaign, started by Mayors Against Illegal Guns, comes a week after the horrific massacre in Newtown and amid the polarizing debate rippling through the U.S. about gun violence and the Second Amendment.
Looking into the camera, they read through a list of some of the 31 similar attacks carried out in the US since Columbine in 1999.

The new double album, TWENTY, from the Grammy winning group Boyz II Men lived up to its name this week!
The album broke the Billboard Top 20 in its first week of release, meeting critical raves and was even named ‘Pick of the Week’ by several media outlets.
Not bad considering their first album was released 9 years ago!

The original recording session, called USA For Africa, was recorded on Jan. 28, 1985, and featured 46 pop and rock stars (this time around there was 100!), including Diana Ross, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder and Willie Nelson. The song “We Are the World” was written by Jackson and Lionel Richie, and the single was produced by Quincy Jones, who also helped put together Monday’s anniversary session.
The new single will premiere Feb. 12 on NBC during the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics with the hope that the download single can help funnel aid into the ravaged island nation.
