The campaign, started by Mayors Against Illegal Guns, comes a week after the horrific massacre in Newtown and amid the polarizing debate rippling through the U.S. about gun violence and the Second Amendment.

Looking into the camera, they read through a list of some of the 31 similar attacks carried out in the US since Columbine in 1999.

Yesterday morning, President Obama dined with 25 of Hollywood’s younger stars at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles, California. The breakfast was a part of Obama’s “Young America Effort” a new concept in his re-election campaign that is encouraging younger people to vote in the upcoming election.

“X Factor” judge Nicole Scherzinger partied alongside good friends Topher Grace and Dane Cook Saturday night at Greystone Manor Supperclub. The three showed up separately, but we’re told they planned on meeting there and all shared a booth dancing with close friends. Fresh off of celebrating his 48th birthday in Las Vegas, Brad Pitt was back in promotional mode as he attended a Columbia Pictures screening and Q&A for ”Moneyball” in Culver City, CA earlier this week!
