On Friday (April 12), brotherly boy band Hanson stopped by Music Choice in NYC for a LIVE sit down interview with yours truly. The brothers talked about everything from their famous “Mmbop” track to their new album “Anthem” (out June 18th!) and just about everything in between!

If you haven’t been following the band throughout the years, you’ll learn a lot about what they’ve been up to!

On Monday (Apr 1) I had the pleasure of sitting down with singer Andy Grammer for a LIVE 30-minute interview on Music Choice’s show “U&A.” We talked about everything from his beginnings as a “busker” (street performer) in Los Angeles to performing with the incredible Taylor Swift.

On the last and final episode of “Speaking Of” (on Music Choice on-demand) for 2011, MJ was heating up the red carpet at the annual OUT100 Awards and Z-100 Jingle Ball in NYC and bringing you along for the ride as his “Plus 1!”

At the annual OUT100 Awards in New York City, Micah Jesse caught up with funnywoman Kathy Griffin, singer Adam Lambert, talk show host Wendy Williams, and “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, all of whom were honored for being visionaries and supporters of the LGBT community.

Then it was on the annual Z-100 Jingle Ball, presented by Aeropostale, where MJ caught up with a dazzling Khloe Kardashian Odom, David Guetta, LMFAO frontman Travie McCoy, newbies Karmin and “New Years Eve” actress Abigail Breslin about everything from New Years plans and resolutions, to, of course, music!

We’re totally totes head-over-heels can’t-eat-can’t-sleep-can’t-breathe-without obsessed with UK superstar Jessie J!

MJ interviewed her a few months ago for his TV segment “Plus 1″ on Music Choice on-demand (she was a doll!) but we’re not sure she’s getting the credit she deserves here in the US-of-A.

She calls her fans her “heartbeats!” How could you not love her? She’s nice. She’s gorgeous. And she has one of the most incredible voices in music right now.
