The new Mrs. Benjamin Millepied stripped down for an ultra-chic new ad for iconic fashion and beauty house Dior! The ad features the sexy Portman giving the camera a sultry stare, showing off her gorgeous figure in the promo for Rouge Dior Nude Lipcolor, which features eight new shades. HOT!

Proceeds of Portman‘s fave, Grege #169, will benefit the Free the Children Association.

In a statement, Portman says, “I chose the color Grege because it’s the one I’d wear myself. The number [169] contains different dates that are important to me and my family.”

Fresh off her nuptuals in Big Sur, Calif., a source told Us Magazine, “Natalie has never been happier.”

And we couldn’t be more happy for her!

Natalie Portman looks dazzling on the cover of Madame Figaro magazine’s July 2012 issue!

The actress traded her usual casual look for a more glammed up cover shot. Despite being named one of the sexiest people in the world, the actress stays humble and says,  “I obviously do not see myself that way. I prefer ‘about beauty’ or ‘subject of desire’. One can say that about all women, whatever their life and career.”

Well said!

Fame and fortune has not change Natalie‘s down-to-Earth attitude and style. She states, “I have always considered myself extremely lucky. I know very well that there are very few elected officials in this business and that many of us, despite their talent and hard work, will not come out of the lot. These are the laws of chance.”

Major blockbuster actresses Natalie Portman and Zoe Saldana have partnered with FINCA International, a microfinancing charity, to promote its women’s entrepreneurship community, “Lend A Hand.”

“Have you ever written a message on a dollar bill and wondered how many hands that dollar will pass through and how many people will read that message? 100? 1,000? A million?” Academy Award-winning actress Natalie Portman asks in the new PSA.

Lend A Hand is a virtual community managed by FINCA that invites the public to sponsor life-changing, small loans for low-income entrepreneurs struggling to escape poverty. Donations through Lend A Hand allow FINCA to provide small loans to FINCA borrowers, mostly women, looking to receive a “hand up, not a handout.”

Love that!

These borrowers invest their loans into their businesses so they can increase profitability, and improve their families’ living standards and future prospects. This added income makes it possible for borrowers to buy better food for their children, make improvements to their homes and, most important, pay fees for children to attend school, ensuring a better chance for a life free from poverty. Additional loans keep these small businesses going and growing, and often create jobs for other family members and neighbors. Sponsorship of a Lend A Hand borrower replenishes FINCA’s pool of loan capital, enabling its programs in 21 countries across the globe to continue providing additional loans to others in need.

“I’m so proud to serve with FINCA in helping impoverished women become self-sustaining,” said Ambassador of Hope, Natalie Portman. “There is no better gift than giving women living in poverty the ability to provide for themselves and their families.”

Zoe Saldana adds: “There are so many women in the world who are less fortunate, and struggling to provide for their families … Through this campaign, we hope to educate people about Lend A Hand, and show how a small loan can change the lives of so many women living in poverty—and better the lives of their children.”

Five of the hottest Victoria’s Secret Angels came out Tuesday morning (March 1) to announce the new “INCREDIBLE by Victoria’s Secret” line at the company’s SoHo store in New York City. Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel, Chanel Iman, and Erin Heatherton were on hand, in sequined mini dresses, to gush about how “comfortable” this new bra collection is!

While the VS Angels make the fashion world look like pure glitz and glamour, and it is mostly that, there are some troubling aspects as well, such as the recent news of renowned designer John Galliano being fired from Dior for racist and anti-Semitic remarks.

Earlier this morning, Natalie Portman (who is the face of the Miss Dior Cherie fragrance), issued a statement saying: “In light of this video, and as an individual who is proud to be Jewish…I will not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way. I hope at the very least, these terrible comments remind us to reflect and act upon combating these still-existing prejudices that are the opposite of all that is beautiful.”

But 20-year-old supermodel and Victoria’s Secret Angel Chanel Iman (whose dog is named Louis Dior) is sticking by him, saying this is not like him — at all!

“John Galliano is one of my absolute favorite designers to work with. I’ve been working with him since I was 14 or 15 years old and the story is very sad to me because he is not that type of person at all. He is open to everyone…even if you look at his line-up [of models], he has a selection of different types of women from around the world,” she told Micah Jesse exclusively this morning, adding, “I wish the best for him.”

We hope that John Galliano apologizes for his remarks and makes right what he has done wrong.

The most Golden Globes of all. Well, I’m allowed to say that because it was my first. This experience alone could be a chapter in my documentary. Oh, where to begin?

On the morning of, I woke up from my suite at The Sofitel in Beverly Hills at 8:00 AM (thanks to a lovely wake-up call), excited (that’s an understatement) to pick-up my credentials for The Golden Globe Awards. [Huge thanks to Michael S. at SSA!]

A 10-minute taxi ride later, I arrived to The Beverly Hilton to what looked like an official FBI zone, with suited security personnel donning jet-black glasses, cautiously manning every corner of the building and the surrounding streets. “Hi. Good morning. Where do I check in?” I asked. They briskly showed me towards the media credentialing room, where I had my picture taken and was given my special laminated credential.

Rodeo Drive

I felt like a million bucks.

Upon leaving, my friend and I decided to take a morning stroll to Rodeo Drive to “window shop.” Really, it was my idea and a selfish excuse to revel in my own personal euphoria with no distractions. Here I was in the moment, a kid from Georgia with huge dreams…and the next, checking in at The Golden Globes. Totally surreal. The following 15 minutes I spent staring at my credential, only glancing up periodically to make sure I didn’t run into pole or anything.

Fast forward. Our so-called-”stroll” ended up lasting the rest of the morning and early afternoon, as we took an “adventure” around Los Angeles.

We must have walked 10 or 15 miles.

Starbucks

The weather was gorgeous and we didn’t have a plan so walking seemed like a fun idea. My friend and I kept looking at each other and said, “this is our exercise for the week.”

Well, no one. And I mean no one (other than, say, homeless people) walk the streets of Los Angeles, apparently.

How was I to know? I’m a New Yorker. We walk! And how was I to know that when you put your arm out to hail a taxi, they don’t do that in L.A.? (I’m aware of how silly I was for thinking L.A. was the West Coast New York. It is so very different.)

Approaching our, say, 15th mile, we started to get tired, so we made a “pit stop” at Starbucks for a cold bev, at which point my friend turns to me and exclaims, “I can’t believe you’re going to the Golden Globes! I’m so excited for you!!!”

This is when my world shattered…
