Miss USA Rima Fakih, Miss Teen USA Kamie Crawford and Miss Universe Ximena Navarrete pose for a “HOT SHOT!” at the 8th annual Smile Event Gala, honoring Mr. Santo Versace for his years of commitment and dedication to Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity.

The evening, which highlighted the organization’s success in transforming the lives of children around the world who were born with facial deformities, was hosted by Brooke Burke & David Charvet, Today Show correspondent Natalie Morales, and John Salley, and featured a performance by Neon Trees.
