On the fifth season of MTV’s highest-rated show of all time, “The Jersey Shore,” you’re going to see a new-and-improved side to Sammi “Sweetheart”!

The tanned-to-perfection reality star, who famously dated her co-star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, revealed to me that she is now single.

Boys, line up…

I caught up with Sammi at NYC’s Planet Hollywood where she was promoting her second fragrance, Dangerous Desires, which she describes as “dangerously sweet…just like me.”

On the new season, you’re going to see a more “positive” side to Sammi — which we of course love. She told me you’ll see her “actually have fun” and having a good relationship with all of her castmates.

But, like any fist-pumping girl living the fab life, she’s not opposed to new love. But, she has a few requirements.

Never ones to miss an opportunity to make a quick buck, celebrities made appearances from The Hamptons to Hollywood, and we have the lowdown for y’all!

Supermodel Marisa Miller  got the VIP treatment from a group of soldiers at a two-day Labor Day weekend event. Fellow celebs including Terri Hatcher, Maria Shriver, Jack Osbourne, and Amber Tamblyn and approximately 5,000 gorgeous guests got to enjoy a live performance from Kanye West to celebrate the world premiere and first look of the hotly anticipated video game of 2011, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which releases on November 8.

‘Jersey Shore’ star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi celebrated Labor Day Weekend by hosting a blowout bash at PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace. The petite reality star arrived to the mega-club just before midnight with her boyfriend, Jionni LaValle, and an entourage of friends. While on the red carpet, she talked about her year long relationship with LaValle saying, “It’s our second time to Vegas together and we might be going to the chapel — it’s that serious.” Polizzi continued reassuring she was only joking saying that she’s ‘not ready yet, but in the future definitely.’

Fellow JS star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola was also in Vegas, partying at Gallery nightclub with some of her girlfriends.

Pauly D celebrated Labor Day Sunday at The Pool After Dark at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Over 4,000 partygoers fist pumped while The Jersey Shore star DJ’ed and hung with costars Deena Nicole Cortese & Vinny Guadagnino also stopped by the party to show their roommate some love!

While many clothing companies do everything imaginable to get stars in their gear, Abercrombie & Fitch is allegedly offering Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino (specifically) as well as the rest of the cast, a “substantial” amount on money to stop sporting their logo.

One of the stars of the show, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola tells MJ exclusively: “A+F is wrong for discriminating.”

Just hours following A&F’s announcement, the company’s stock plummeted significantly, finally closing at 8% lower for the day on Wednesday, August 17.

Looks like the Jersey Boys & Girls got the last laugh after all!

“The Jersey Shore” kids are back in America, y’all!

Whether that makes you cringe or giddy with joy, Micah Jesse can exclusively confirm that “Jersey Shore” stars Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and BFF Deena Nicole Cortese are already getting to work. “Sammi and Deena were allowed out by MTV,” our source tells us, to film a product endorsement yesterday (June 24) for Stacker II’s 6-Hour Power Energy Shot in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

“It was a closed set,” a source close to the cast tells MJ exclusively. As far as the general public is supposed to know, “they’re not ‘back’ yet…they’re [still] under lock and key… They still have no phones or computers.”

No phones? Or computers? We would go crazy!

“Those two were so funny — and running on adrenaline — after literally landed less than 10 hours earlier from Italy. They didn’t even get a chance to speak to their families.” our source told MJ.

Well, you know what they say, “hard work pays off,” and we’re hearing this was a very lucrative deal for the MTV reality star gal pals. (Which is why MTV let them off the hook!)

Calls to teams who work closely with the reality stars, including Talent Resources and Sammi’s management, were not immediately returned.

The 30-second commercial is slated to air on MTV on August 4th during the season four premiere of  “Jersey Shore.” Will you be watching?

Hey “Jersey Shore” fans! The long-awaited Season 4 premiere of the hit MTV show has been given an airdate!

The fourth season of the hit reality show – set in beautiful Florence, Italy — will premiere on August 4 at 10 PM on MTV, the network announced on Friday (June 2).

And, fist-pump to this: MTV confirmed that the ‘Jersey Shore’ gang will return to Seaside Heights, NJ (their original stomping grounds), for a fifth season of the hit series. Production will begin this month.
