Naomi Campbell has still got it!

The 42-year-old model strikes a fierce pose for the newest issue of ELLE Magazine (on newsstands Jan. 15!) In the spread, she dishes about her new show The Face on Oxygen, that cell phone “incident,” and her relationship with Tyra Banks.

On mentoring girls on Oxygen’s The Face:

“When I first got Yves Saint Laurent couture, I didn’t know how to take off a cape. I would ask Katoucha and Dalma – the real divas of the runway – ‘Can you show me?’ I’ve never been afraid to ask for help… I care for my girls [on the show]. Every single one of them. I’m not here to put anyone down.”

On the infamous cell-phone-throwing incident:

“I’m never gonna get away from it. It’s part of my history. I was remorseful and regretful. I’ve served. I did that time. And I never want to be in that position again.”

On if she watches Tyra Banks’ America’s Next Top Model:

“I don’t watch the other reality model shows. I’ll never have anything to say. If you ask me about Tyra Banks, I’m proud of her as a woman of color. She’s given girls opportunity, and God bless her.”

Last night was totally “flawsome!”

AXSLive was LIVE on the yellow carpet at Tyra Banks‘ first annual Flawsome Ball, benefitting the supermodel’s TZONE organization at the Lower East Side Girls Club.

The “America’s Next Top Model” host talked about the word “flawsome” (a combination of “flaws” and “awesome”), how she prepared for this very special night, and much more.

On the carpet, I also got a chance to catch up with Chanel Iman, Padma Lakshmi, Soledad O’Brien, John Leguizamo, Rosario Dawson, YouTube phenomenon Keenan Cahill, Kelly Cutrone, and Dylan Lauren.

Tyra Banks was spotted catching up with friends at Beauty and Essex on this week over tomato tartare, chicken meatballs, and general tso’s monkfish! YUM! She also attended the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s 4th Annual Blossom Ball at the New York Public Library.

Super Bowl champ, Victor Cruz was on the scene this week experiencing Old Spice’s Bounty of scents at Highline Stages in the Big Apple! Model Chrissy Teigen and Old Spice guys Isaiah Mustafa and Terry Crews were both there as well to support!

Only two weeks away from the season 5 premiere of AMC’s hit series “Mad Men,” the stars hit the red carpet in Los Angeles this week to celebrate. John Hamm and January Jones were on-hand working the press area both all smiles at the Arclight Cinerama Dome venue.

“Twilight” Kellan Lutz and Sharni Vinson aren’t holding back! The two were spotted sharing some affectionate PDA in Venice, California this week. We’ll save the taboids some time- the two seem very happy to say the least!

New York City was anxious to welcome newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries as they were bestowed a lavish post-wedding soiree at Capitale. With the east coast wanting a chance to celebrate and congratulate the two, Kim and Kris came all dressed up being the guests of honor at the Jason Binn and Colin Cowie hosted “A Night of Style & Glamour” celebration.

Making a quick pit stop to grab a few household necessities, Ryan Goslingwas spotted as he ventured into a Los Angeles, California 7-Eleven store. The “Crazy, Stupid, Love” actor was wearing a green t-shirt, blue sweatpants and a pair of black sneakers while purchasing a gallon of milk!Friday night Michael Phelps was spotted at LAVO Las Vegas.  The Olympian enjoyed a feast of Italian specialties including the famed Kobe Meatball, Shrimp Scampi, NY Strip Steak and more.  After dinner he headed upstairs to take in the sounds of special guest DJ Politik. Earlier in the day he took over a cabana at TAO Beach and got into the festivities of Skam Artist Fridays, soaking in the sun and sounds.

Are they making up? Justin Timberlake and ex-girlfriend Jessica Biel sparked rumors of reconciliation on Sunday riding bikes together in Toronto. Sparks flying again?!

The annual Digital NewFront Conference brought out stars like Tyra Banks, Kevin Jonas, Zac Quinto and power celeb couples Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore and Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.

The NewFront is said to shape the next year of online content for marketers. The program, “Pipe Dreams / Pipe Reality,” showcases the fortunate challenges for marketers resulting from the proliferation of media opportunity.

The usually press-happy Ashton (and wife Demi) was press-shy at the event — only posing on the red carpet for photos — and adamantly saying “no” to any other photo-opps, but took to the stage to talk about his company, Katalyst Media. Kutcher promised to find great story tellers that can share great experiences on why products and services have relevancy.
